I’m James Nemger, and I made my move to San Antonio in 2018. I knew early on that I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. That lead to enlistment into the United States Marine Corps at age 18. During my 5 year career in the service. I lived and moved to and from North Carolina, the Middle East, Arizona, Missouri, and Texas. Purchasing my first home in San Antonio, Texas was a tremendous learning experience. This is when we felt first-hand how important it was to have someone represent us well during the home buying process. We enjoyed a wonderful experience and learned a lot from others and how that is not always the case. The thing that is most important when I advocate for a client, is to create a pleasurable experience.
