I’m James Nemger, and I made my move to San Antonio in 2018. I knew early on that I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. That lead to enlistment into the United States Marine Corps at age 18. During my 5 year career in the service. I lived and moved to and from North Carolina, the Middle East, Arizona, Missouri, and Texas. Purchasing my first home in San Antonio, Texas was a tremendous learning experience. This is when we felt first-hand how important it was to have someone represent us well during the home buying process. We enjoyed a wonderful experience and learned a lot from others and how that is not always the case. The thing that is most important when I advocate for a client, is to create a pleasurable experience.
Actively listening and delivering the home and solutions my clients seek is the focus and goal. The client’s needs and highest and best interest are at the summit of negotiations. Knowing this is the home where families will create precious memories with their loved one’s is paramount. We all know how important this it to the balance of life.
